Quotes: Any quotes provided by Home Revival Renovations LLC are estimates only and subject to change based on the scope of the project, unforeseen circumstances, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a quote or to adjust a quote at any time.

Acceptance of Quotes: If you accept our quote, we will require a deposit to secure the project and schedule. The deposit amount will be determined by the size and scope of the project and will be outlined in the quote. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Payment: Payment for services rendered will be due upon completion of the project. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to any unpaid balance after 30 days.

Changes to Scope of Work: If changes are made to the scope of work after the project has started
